MAN ISLAND RADIO EPISODE II: THE REVENGE OF THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

The results are in! We got 125% response from our email blast in terms of traffic....now that is what I call an ROI. Which means we got some pass along and oh by the way the results are padded by Bob and I looking at our pictures 25 times a day.

In addition, got a verbal warning from the President of the HOA. Apparently he is concerned that we are doing porn rather than podcasting. Next comes the letter! Well no we are not but we are willing to try anything. Thanks for the suggestion Steve! Talk about a great fund raiser!
